Rebbe Yosi Saragosi

Rebbe Yosi Saragosi was the Rav of Tzfat two generations before the time of the Ari. He is buried out side of Tzfat and is also called the 'Tzadik Halavan' and the 'Tzadik Htarnegolim' after a miracle that he preformed. He is buried near the Kever of Rebbe Yehudah bar Elah in a place that he once met the Prophet Eliyaho.
